Meet Abigail

Hi! I’ve worn many hats over the course of my adulthood. I’m a wife and a mother, but I’m also a life coach, administration professional, church volunteer, business owner…like most women I have a full life.

One thing that has always been consistent in my life is administration. Ever since middle school I’ve always loved admin support, actually picking a secretary for the classic “what do you want to be when you grow up” project. Right out of high school I attended college to get a degree in administration support and my first full time job was administration.

Once I became a mom, I decided to stay home full time and moved from employee to volunteer. I have volunteered in several offices taking care of newsletters, data management, scheduling, event planning, content creation, system development and up keep, and much more.

In 2022, I became a certified life coach through Go and Tell Gals. This allows me to bring a unique perspective to my business and personal support. I can help you figure out what areas you need the most support in and what that support could look like. I love not only taking care of tasks for my clients, but encouraging and supporting them as well. I want your business to thrive and grow and you to be encouraged and excited.

As a mom, I’m also passionate about moms in business. I want to see every mom thriving not only in business but also at home. I recently started supporting moms in business, supporting the business side while also supporting the family side. I work confidentially, holding private family information respectfully and compassionately. I want to help each woman in business be able to grow and thrive professionally while also succeeding at home. Sometimes that’s developing a system to organize data, sometimes that’s making a meal plan and grocery list.
