I’d like to pass along some of my favorite resources for keeping my home organized. I’m a big fan of spaces that are pretty and just as highly functional. Over the years, as my kids have grown up a little, I’ve been working hard at organizing our home. I want everything to have a place so we can put everything away. I’m not a super tidy person, but I like clean spaces when we want them. I have found that we function better as a family with clean spaces. I’ve found that my kids won’t play in messy rooms. I don’t like cooking with dirty dishes all over the counters. I have, however, found some resources that I have really enjoyed learning from. Below you’ll find links to books, websites, or social media accounts that I have used to help keep my home organized and pretty. I’ve linked everything so you can easily find what you’re looking for. Between these 5 resources, I’m confident you can find something to help with whatever sticky situation you’re working on.
At Home with Nikki is a beautiful and amazing website. She has a blog, printables for every situation you could think of, a youtube channel, and even a couple books. I signed up for her weekly newsletter to keep an eye on what she has going on. I recently downloaded her free daily planner and have found it really useful to keep myself organized during the day.
House Peace is an organizational small business down south. Her social media account has given me lots of tips and tricks to apply to my own space. She works in her client’s spaces and often she shares the process. She has a blog and a website to find more information about specific questions or situations and even does online consultations if that’s something you’d be interested in.

The Nester is my first source for all things home decor. She has a book about her design process and I have used that method ever since I read that book. She coined the term cozy minimalist, which she defines as “the most amount of style with the least amount of stuff.” She also uses the phrase “it doesn’t have to be perfect to be beautiful.” I recently gifted her book as a housewarming gift to a first-time home buyer. It’s good, so so good.
I recently read The Clean Mama’s Guide to a Peaceful Home and really enjoyed it. I reviewed it on my Goodreads account and you can read it here. Her website is just bursting with information. She has cleaning supplies, charts, printables, even a community to join called the Housekeeping Society.
Restoration House is one of my all time favorite books on home design. I wrote all about it here and I can’t get enough of Kennesha. She is moving into all kinds of fun spaces, she shares beautiful spaces, she runs a home decor shop, and she co-hosts a podcast. If you aren’t familiar with her, you’re missing out.
I hope this was helpful and you find some new resources. Happy home-bettering!
